Psalm 64
Had a wonderful day yesterday. Went 13 miles yesterday. Saw about 10 egrets at our usual pond. They are beautiful birds. And of course I saw rabbits galore. I even saw one young deer. So I guess it was a day for animals.
Andy contacted us and he and Michal were go goiog to Athens and they stopped by for lunch and a short visit. It was good to see them again.
Julie drove by all of the places she will be interviewed on Monday, all three of them. We are hopeful but trying not to count on anything. We have planned a weeks vacation in Michigan beginning next Sunday so I will be writing my blog from the tip of the thumb in Michigan. They have some nice trails but I am not aware of any long one. Julie and I are taking the tandem so I may go with bike mileage. Looking forword to some time together away from the pressures of home.
Adam is now out to sea. Aireen and Julie are doing OK but I know they both miss hubby and daddy. It will be a long 6 to 9 months for all of them.
As I was spending time with Julie yesterday, she said she was spending time praising. So God, I am praising you too, for the love you have poured out on human kind. Help me to be a representative of that love today. Amen.
